All debts to the university must be cleared, financial aid paperwork completed, and all library materials be returned in order for your diploma and final transcript to 被释放.

Official transcripts for courses taken off campus must be received by May 12, 2023 in order for you to meet gradua优化选择 requirements for Spring 2023 or August 25, 2023 in order for you to meet gradua优化选择 2023年夏季入学要求.

不完整的成绩

If you have an incomplete grade, the grade change form 从 the instructor must be submitted to the Registrar's Office by May 12, 2023 in order for you to meet gradua优化选择 requirements for Spring 2023 or August 25, 2023 in order for you to meet gradua优化选择 2023年夏季入学要求.

文凭和最终成绩单

Spring 2023 graduates will be notified in early May and Summer 2023 graduates will be notified in late August when final transcripts and diplomas are ready to be picked up. Diplomas not picked up within the specified time frame will be mailed to the address indicated on your gradua优化选择 applica优化选择. USAO is not liable for diplomas once they 寄出.
